We are facing our first cold of the season, with our newly diagnosed son. I was surprised to see just as many lows as hights. No keytones! Any advice on getting us all through this? My husband wants me to rush over to the Peds. but I know it is just a stuburn cold.
its just a matter of constantly keeping track of the sugars because having a cold messes up the perceptiona and u cant erally tell when it low or high. Bloods will be unstable prbly till the little man feels better so its just real important to keep track of his numbers
