Tandem has released version 2.8.2 of t:connect mobile for iPhones. This updated version is supposed to resolve the power drain issue that some have experienced.
I have easily and successfully updated my phone to this latest version, but it is too early for me to say that I notice a lower battery drain rate.

I have the battery drain issue and for my pump it was dramatic. Start the day with 100% and be less than 40% at bedtime.

It did not for me.
I updated and turned Bluetooth back on and it went from 100%->25% in under one day.
I’m on hold with Tandem right now!
Interesting! I’m losing up to 50 percent in a day, sometimes less. What’s normal, do you think?
