I’m starting tanning in the next week, but this will be my first time doing it on the pump, i was wondering if it is safe to get in a tanning bed with a pump on and if anyone has any experiences???
I always disconnected when I went tanning. I don’t know if it would be safe or unsafe, I have always wondered, but I didn’t want to risk it. If you don’t want to disconnect you could always (if your tubing is long enough) just put it on the floor or chair outside of the bed. Or just give your self a small bolus to cover the time you are tanning and then disconnect.
I work at a tanning salon and I and a few customers always disconnect before tanning. I never have a huge fluctuation in BS and I like the 10 min of freedom!!
