I finally spoke to my ortho doc's office and got them to give me the results of my shoulder mri. They said I have tendinosis. Has anyone had this and how did you treat it? I didn't find the pt I did helped as much as for bursitis in my other shoulder. I read that nitrous oxide patches can help. Has anyone tried that? Do you think this is caused by D? It can be repetitive injury related to I read.
