I sent a PM to Terry 8 days ago and was puzzled and quite worried that I had not received a response as that was totally out of character for him. Terry has been such an important, thoughtful, invaluable fellow member of this forum I hope that we can all get together and wish him a speedy recovery. He has done so much for me and for this group, that is the least we can do to help support him through his recovery.
He let me know that I can share this information. I am in shock and probably not totally coherent right now as I have just received this very sad news from him.
I have learned much from him. I hope he recovers fully and fast.
Omg, thank you for sharing. I sincerely hope Terry is on the road to swift and complete recovery. I, too, have learned so much from his thoughtful posts here on this forum. Sending good wishes to Terry and his family.
Very sorry to hear that Terry. Hope you have a speedy recovery.
OMG, I realized that he wasn’t posting and that I hadn’t heard from him, but I am shocked.
Thanks For letting us know CJ.
I’m so sorry to hear this. I don’t post all that often, but I read every day, and have always found Terry’s posts to be so helpful. I wish him a speedy recovery.
Praying Terry has a speedy recovery. Such a valuable member of this community with his knowledge and caring responses to new members.
Sending thoughts and prayers for Terry to have a full and compete recovery.
@Terry4 - I’m shocked and saddened to hear about your recent stroke. Wishing you health and a speedy and full recovery
What awful news. I always saw Terry as our TuD mascot. He often seems like the first to offer friendly encouragement, a warm welcome, or sage advice. (And he’s way more PC about sensitive topics than I could ever hope to be!)
If you’re reading these Terry, I’m wishing a speedy recovery for you! Know that you’re missed here.
@Terry4 I am so sorry to hear this. I was just wondering about him as I hadn’t seen a post recently from him.
@Terry4 Hoping you will get to read all your well wishes, because you will be missed while you are not here. Please have a speedy recovery!
@Terry4 I am so sorry to hear this and hope you have a full recovery. You work so hard to stay healthy and I’m sure your knowledge and motivation will help you fight to get back to good health.
Sorry to hear this. @Terry4, if you master your stroke recovery the way you’ve mastered your diabetes, you’ll be as good as new in no time.
I am shaken. I wish @Terry4 a speedy recovery. Nothing has rattled me this much in a long time.
@Terry4, you are such a respected and valuable member of this community. We will all be here to celebrate your return when you feel up to it. Wishing you a steady improvement to full health!
I am so sorry to hear this.
Your knowledge inspired me to start posting here. Wish you the quickest of recoveries! @Terry4
Beautiful recovery to you!
Wishing you a successful recovery!
