Thanks for the inspiration. The idea of using a pump always made me feel uneasy. Seeing you rebound so well on AI with yours gave me the courage to bring it up to my endrocrinologist. She whole-heartedly supported the change to the pump and sent me home with some brochures to read and think about. After taking a minimum of 4 shots per day, and using up to 200 units on insulin a day, it will be quite a change to the Omni Pod–one that I’m eager to make. Thanks for representing the use of the insulin pump in a positive light.
