I think there must be some problem with the website. I also am unable to access the main page, though I can get in when I do a google search and click on the forums page.
Thanks @Brianna1. May I ask what browser you are using? Sometimes problems such as this are browser related. How long have you been having this problem?

Gary, I seldom go to the main page, preferring the forums. I just tried going to it and was unable to log in. It just goes back to login. Using Safari on iPhone.
Edit just tried again and it worked, FM effing magic
