I was wondering how many third shifters are on here. I work third shift on the airport ramp moving freight for DHL and have to small children. Schedule is divided into 2 3-4 hour sleep periods with cat naps in between. I have keep my numbers good even with meal time being kinds chaotic the past few day 1 to 2 1/2 off what I want them to be. I am watching the carbs and testing(over testing?) my sugar when stuff is off, but have been a little on the low side a few times Just wondering on management ideas for those times when you can’t keep schedule and sleep is erratic.
