I think I’m getting too much caffeine. Sometimes I’m jittery, hands tremble and I can spit a word out faster than lightning can strike. Yeah too much caffeine. I drink about 16 oz of coffee in the morning, a 12 oz can of diet Pepsi at lunch and dinner (and yeah sometimes mid day).
What’s that? Oh, you wanna know how much water I drink. Ummm maybe 16oz…a day (but not on the weekend it’s even less). I know, I know! Not good at all. So starting today (after I finish this cup of coffee) I’m going to cut my caffeine intake to half and increase my water intake. So I’m thinking an 8 oz of coffee in the morning and a 8 oz can of diet pepsi with lunch and dinner (no caffeine in between just water). How many 8 oz glasses of water are you supposed to have? I don’t know but I’m sure it’s more than 16 oz.
I’ll keep you posted on my progress. The hardest part is drinking water once I’m at home but I can do it.
