I know it’s not recommended due to risk of overdose. But if a Toujeo pen broke how would a person convert that to use in a U100 syringe? Would it just be a third of the total pen dose?

as far as i see it yes. there is 300 units in one ml, so with a 100u/ml syringe you’d inject a third of the amount.
so for 3 units of toujeo you draw up one in a U100 syringe.
