I added a fiber supplement 3 pills a day and one fish oil and my triglycerides dropped over 120 points.
I am losing about a pound a week just by cutting carbs. My next full blood test is in a few weeks, we’ll see what affect it is having on trigs and etc., but it can’t be bad if I am losing weight, right?
I am down 8 or 9 lbs since June 2.
