I’d like to hear from any type 1 nurses providing direct care to inpatients and your concerns for exposure, being high risk, etc. I live in Maine and we are just starting to see confirmed tests. My hospital has just instituted limited visitation but also downgraded precautions to surgical mask only unless aerosolization is possible. I have concerns to say the least. How are you all coping with being a healthcare provider and a type 1?
