Greetings! I am a graduate research assistant in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at University of Wisconsin-Madison. You are invited to participate in a research study about how people who have been diagnosed with diabetes view their healthcare team and glucose meters. You must be 18 years old or over and have used a blood glucose meter. The survey takes 20-30 minutes to complete and you will receive $5 for your time.
