I use it when I’m going to eat a larger than normal meal. I may have to use it even more though, despite the ‘ugh’ feeling it brings on… Medicaid keeps me to 2 vials a month and I have a week and a half before I can get more, but am on my last cartridge. Symlin may help if I can lower my boluses and basel doses more.

OK, Forget ‘larger than normal’ meals. I’m using it with almost every meal… It does stop a lot of the postpranidial highs.
