Warrenty up soon on MM pump. Please advise on new tech

nyone checked these out....tandem T slim, omnipod, new smaller version or asante Snap?

One factor you may want to consider is size of reservoir. There's a Tslim user group here.

Rumor has it that the new pump and CGM will be out this fall. The new pump and CGM are FAR ahead of current version…

I think it depends on your needs. I live in Norway and here the Animas Vibe with the integrated Dexcom G4 is already on the market. I´ve had this pump myself for six weeks now. The reason I chose this pump is the integrated CGM and the fact that it´s waterproof. That was my major needs. Start figuring out your needs and you will narrow down the options quickly.

William Dubois is testing out the Snap at the moment and writing about this in his blog.

He says that anyone with diabetes who lives in an area where the Snap pump from Asante is currently offered can get a 30-day free trial of the pump, just for asking.

There's an interesting review of the T-Slim here. It looks very cool although Melissa seems to have found the performance a bit odd. It's so new that they may get whatever the bugs were out of it but it looks very promising.

For sure don't get the Tslim if you want to use Apidra!

I was really interested in the Tandem. However one of my support group members used it for a time and found the number of buttons you have to push to add a bolus was more than she was willing to do. I hopw they figure out some of the complications w/ it before I'm up for a new pump.

Hi there Marge - I know who you are speaking about here! I'm taking your advise to check out the comments on TD - thanks.
