I have made breakfast my most important leal of the day. I usually have 2 eggs, sunyside up, 3 strips of crisp bacon, hash browns, dry whole wheat toast and glass of skim milk. After breakfast, I then eithe got to gym for workout or fast walk for 40 minutes. Seems to work really well for me.
Yum! Sounds fabulous! I wish I had time to eat like that in the AM! I usually just have eggs and blast off.
