When you aren’t really hungry, but you just want to eat and you don’t want to eat carbs because you don’t want to take extra insulin, what do you snack on?
Almonds, celery, raw bell peppers, or any kind of cheese…those are some of my favs.
Exactly what Allison and Angela said. Keep it simple. Also, I like Kashi Go Lean cereal because it has a good amount of protein in it and I keep like little snack size ziplocks of them in my bag for whenever.
