This week on this old house they come across a CGM. So what is it?
It’s an electrical fluctuations reader. It reads the fluctuations in supplied energy (electricity) from uneven power grids.
I am addicted to TOH. Did they really feature a CGM on an episode?
Edit: That wooshing sounds is the joke going right over my head. 
Okay! I bet it’s a soil moisture meter, and it tells you when to water your flowers.
