My friend Ben in Vancouver used to loose tonnes of weight by pumping iron. Mind you we can’t all dead lift 400 lb. Dr, Bernstein is also pro heavy weight lifting which is more anaerobic than arerobic.
I personally just use a notebook. You have to remember you’re doing this for just short spurts (like 3 days) or it just becomes way too cumbersome to do always. I only do it when I notice that I need to do an adjustment or if I’m trying some new exercise that I’m not familiar with. I also did it when I ate pizza to see what my body was doing with all the fat together with all the carbs. I now know that I can’t bolus the whole shot when I eat, but spread it out and actually take 3 shots for pizza. Logging is a pain in the behind - yes - but worth it in the long run.
