I have not thought about this for a long time. I can't even remember a time when I didn't worry about my diabetes and about food.
So the first thing, I will erase from my brain is the worrying part. Just living the day worry-free. Not worrying about my tablets, or how every activity is going to affect my levels, or what food I can or can't eat, or when I should check my levels and record it, or that I have to eat everyday the same time or worry about exercise.
I will just do what I want, whenever I want. No schedule.
