I can’t answer that for you, but I can ask you some more questions.

Why are you having trouble controlling your BS with higher activity levels?

Do you have inordinate BS rises after exercise?

Have you made changes to your insulin regime to specifically address exercise?

Have you ever read Sheri Colberg?

And finally, do you find me partially or totally annoying?

Exercise doesn’t erase the damage occurring at higher BG levels… so really, neither is ideal.
