My name is Ali and I am an English and Psychology teacher on Long Island. I am married with one daughter, two dogs and four cats. I was diagnosed T1D at 28 years old on February 4, 2015. Although T2D is common in my family, my younger brother is also T1D and he was diagnosed at the age of 9. I am currently on the Omnipod wireless pump and the 14-day Libre sensor.
