I was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes T1D when I was 10 years old. Back in1972 my parents had no idea what was wrong with me. I was so thirsty and so hungry. Losing weight so fast. I slipped into a coma and woke up later in the hospital. That was over 40 years ago. Now I wear an omnipod and feel so lucky that I am able to experience new technology. Life is good.
