I was diagnosed with Type two diabetes in 2017. At first I was on board fully and was able to get my A1C down from 11.1 to 7.2 in about 1.5 years. I then kinda stopped caring and my last A1C was 9.8. I am attempting to get my A1C down in the next month so that I don’t have to go on an additional medication in addition to my metformin.
