January 2010 - Stopped Diabex and started on Gliciazide - 30 mg (diamicron 30 mg MR (modified release tablets), 2 tablets in the morning
March 2012 - Started on Lantus (slow acting insulin injections twice daily)
October 2014 - Started on Novolog insulin using Medtronic Min-Med Insulin Pump by Dr Vera, Daytona Beach FL.
November 2015 Started on the Omni-Pod insulin pump by Dr Shrestha, St Augustine, FL.
December 2016 – Started on Dexcom CGM Continuous Glucose Monitor by Dr Shrestha
