I’ve been a T1 since December 1960, so coming up on 60 years (I was almost 14 when I was diagnosed). Fairly healthy; some AFib, sleep apnea (all fairly recent). A1cs tend to be in the mid-6s. Have been using a Minimed pump for about 20 years, but recently switched to a Tandem t:slim; like it very much. About to install Control-IQ technology, which I’m hoping will improve things a bit. Retired planetarium director; classical music fan.
