Lots of test strips!
I eat low to no-carbs on most meals.
I eat the same meals for long periods of time.
I eat lots of protein, a good amount of days i.e. butter
steak fat, olive oil and lots of cream (thick).
I wouldn’t say I was keto although I do like fat
I’m not eating a lot of it and the change in protein to
glucose seems to be sufficient as I always feel like
I have a lot of energy so the meat is clearly being converted
to glucose or glycogen as I’m always eating it so there
is a steady stream of it.
