Here are my FREE Humalog KwikPens. I used the coupon in the DIABETES FORECAST magazine...my Walgreens kept the coupon on file stating that it could be used twice within a 12 month period. That would be amazing...we'll see.

Hi Janice, what did your Dr. wrote on the prescription? Did he wrote how many units per day, or just Humalog Kwikpen box? I’m planning on going to my endo on Monday and I will ask him for a prescription to use with this coupon.
