Bolusing for veggies and protien

is there a way to do this?
like how we should be counting our carbs?
i usually bolus for any dressing on salads and veggies
and also sauces in meats.
but my sugars are still on the higher side.


Yeah, I’ve found that too. I don’t have a hard and fast rule, but I usually give myself 1 or 2 units for meat and vegetables (though usually only if that’s the only thing I’m eating – i.e.: I always give myself insulin for food, even if it doesn’t have any carbs, because my sugars always go up when I eat). But if you’re going up after all meals, maybe your correction factor isn’t right, and you should change it?

maybe you should try doing an extended bolus or a combo and see if that works.
