C-IQ sleep mode and Correction Factor

I didn’t want to hijack this thread, but CF or ISF and sleep mode came up.

I find my BG runs higher on C-IQ than MDI, using the same u:carb CF and Basal.

The big difference was Basal wa 3x daily so it was very flat.

If CF is 1u/40mg/dl would changing that to 1u/35mg/dl help?
