PMan- i started the Minimed 522 and had similar issues- took me 5 months to figure it out. i went through exactly what youre going through- tried every type of infusion set, sometimes got no delivery alarms, other times no alarm but blood sugar going through the roof meaning i wasnt getting insulin. tried 3 different pumps… you get the idea. it was simply my INSULIN. i switched from humalog to Novolog and havent had the issue since. hope this helps
I had the same occlusion problem with Humalog; no clogs with either Novolog or Apidra.
