I just wrote this article over on Diabetes Mine about a young man named Kevin Marshall that uses meditation as part of his diabetes management.
The interesting part of the interview, in my opinion, is that after a 10 day meditation retreat where he had very little choices for food, he still was able to reach blood glucose zen. In those 10 days he didn't go below 75mg/dl or over 130mg/dl.
What's your thought on this?
Do any of you use meditation in your routine? Would you agree that stress makes it more difficult to maintain control?
