Eating carbs

A couple weeks back someone posted a blog about how many carbs you eat in a day and someone answered to that with 12g a day due to a special diet they have been on. I can’t find that blog can someone give it to me.
Thank you.

12 G seems really low? I am kind of on the fence re eating low carb but think that controlling carbs has some benefits. At the same time, pre-insulin people, like Elizabeth Hughes, were fed like 450 calories/ day, hardly any carbs, in an effort to keep them alive while they waited for insulin. People in concentration camps were fed like 500-600 calories, maybe more if they were working. Maybe really horrific carbs but still…

Really good video about the early days. Until I saw this, I had no idea how long people were waiting, knowing usable insulin might be available soon…race for the cure indeed…
