Can anyone tell me if you have Fidelis insurance and if it covers diabetic supplies you need? Or do you have to fight to get them?
There can be many plans from Fidelis by employer or state.
Do you have access to a healthcare broker that can help you investigate your options?
Or if an employer insurance, HR or Benefits dept may be able to help find/direct you to the answers.
As for diabetes related stuff, some may be covered as DME, and others as Pharmacy benefits.
Maybe I am totally off, but I thought Fidelis is a commercial re-insurer? Are they the re-insurer of you company plan or a primary carrier or administrator? I am just curious.
