Guilt-free snack, only three carbs

This is my freebee to share with you.

One piece Bran Crispbread (It’s a cracker).
Two t. Barlean’s Flax Oil.
12 drops of clear, liquid Stevia.
Two t. ground cinnamon.
Cover the cracker with the cinnamon.
Mix the Stevia with the flax oil, and spoon it over the cinnamon.
Bonus: You get a generous dose of omega threes from the oil. The cracker has three Grams of fiber.
Play around with this concoction to suit your taste. I like this with my coffee or tea in the mornings. Let me know how you like it.
