In his book Diabetes Solution Dr. Bernstein talks about his advanced kidney disease and how he was able to heal over time by normalizing his blood sugars. Now, decades later and after having diabetes for 69 years he has normal kidney function. You can read his story here.
Just had e gfr results its 87 should I be worried
While a normal eGFR is 90, you typically won’t get diagnosed with kidney disease unless your eGFR is below 60 for three months. You should check with your doctor for an interpretation of the results.
Here is Kumar’s own thread on microalbumin.
Sir I got lab results today I have got urine infection with e coli is this the reason I am spitting albumin in my urine?
Knowing why has to make you feel better
So is it possible for the leak
not only possible, it’s common with a UTI, you will probably be put on an antibiotic. I’d drink 3-4 Lt of water a day to help flush kidneys
A UTI may explain things but I think you would be best asking your doctor.
