I am only an armchair traveler now, but my extended family has spanned the globe, and my daughter calls Africa “her bliss”. She spent a year in West Africa in the 90s and since then has taken her students to South Africa twice, Nigeria and Kenya…

She has had gestational diabetes only so far, but she, as well as I, will be delighted to read your account!..Thanks for posting it!..Judith in Portland
