If everyone says you look great....? Maybe your "hard fat" is muscle which weighs more....
sorry not what you want to hear. Congratulations for losing all that weight and being such a healthy person. Don't get discouraged and keep up your healthy habits.
thank you for your input, guys. You know, I do do the intermittent fasting, on occasion, to keep my basals as low as possible. That is how my CDE helped me figure out my basal rates when I first got the pump and every so often, I do it again to be sure. I have pretty high hopes now, with the positive reviews I am hearing about the Invokana I just started. I really hope that this is the solution. I really am looking for just some help with this losing weight problem and I know it is due to my cells not releasing the fat like the way they're supposed to. I do not eat simple carbs but on occasion bc when I do, my bgs pay for it dearly. The ones I do eat are very moderated. I eat a pretty healthy life style, my diet consists of mainly fiber and lean protein. I told the dr that I am NOT looking for more meds when he rx me the invokana but, then, we figured, once I start losing more fat, I will have less fat to be insulin resistant to, and can go lowering the dose till I am finally off of it. That, I can live with. Plz keep the words of advice coming, I really appreciate it!
