“The link between diabetes and depression is fairly visible by now. Studies have shown that depressive symptoms increase the risk of type 2 diabetes and people with diabetes seemingly have twice the risk of experiencing depression compared to those without the disorder. But the elephant in the room seems to be how this situation affects minorities, especially Latinos.”

sigh… Papa Bear, I fight depression on my own. It is really hard. I tried medicine; nightmares started…then money came in the way. I"m still hugging my pillow and struglling. The picture you see is of me back in 2005. Today, I look more than just 3 years older. My bloodsugar is totally out of control. It’s true Stress and Depression can ruin a bloodsugar number in less than a heartbeat.:frowning:
