I have been wetting my self i do not feel this, so I do not go anywhere, could this be a sign my kidneys going bad, or just a weak bladder
it could be neuropathy where you have lack of sensation (and possibly trouble emptying your bladder). You do need to get this checked out. As far as not going anywhere, there are discreet bladder products you could wear. (carried in Target and all drug stores.)
