I have been using a pump for a little over 3 years. I have always done insert rotation. I started out with the T-90 insets and had pretty good insertion success with very few problems, however, I recently was changed to a new supplier and they changed my inset to the AutoSoft 90 9mm. Since changing to this newer inset I have had insert problems on a regular basis. My insertion seem to go great with no apparent problem, but when I take a dose of insulin it doesn’t get used and of course I end up with high glucose levels. Is anyone else using the AutoSoft inset having any problems with it working correctly.
