I was too quick: b) is fine too. The wizard calculated a small correction of 0.6 for the BG and the IOB of 2.24 just reduced the correction estimate to 0. Thus the full carb estimate remained with 3. So no reverse correction has been applied here.
It is not that c) is wrong but the reduction might be a bit too high. Maybe you can compensate that by lowering the limit for lows.
It's interesting that so many of the responses are questioning the pumps when it seems like if the pump is off, the settings are fairly easy to adjust.
I am pretty comfortable letting my pump run things and it seems to do a fairly good job. If anything runs off, I will try it again a few times and then adjust the settings. I like relying on the pump to do the math because I'm lazy. I eat regularly enough that it seems like my daytime "benchmarking" makes up or the nighttimes of stacking various doses. Run, come home, have a beer while I'm making dinner, eat dinner, then snacks in the evening or whatever all are probably having the multiple doses going. If I have something else, I just bolus for it and it seems very reliable.
