At 3:28pm PST I returned home from a leisurely 5 mile bicycle ride, BG 96, and I feel life is good. Although. the outside temperature felt a bit chilly it soon warmed up, I felt the sun on my face and arms, I said hello to church people I rode by who were preparing for an early Easter service tomorrow, I chatted with a young boy about his fear of bees, This short trip to the Federal Way city park and back reminded me that diabetes does not always define me.
