Just Do It

To borrow a phrase from Nike. Just do the Big Blue Test. I have always been the type that doesn't participate in surveys and the like but The Big Blue Test is for us, people with diabetes. It's for our family.

I have close to a dozen test under my belt and aim to do at least one a day till the end.

So C'mon everyone "JUST DO IT"

I've been doing 2-3/ day too! On longer runs (only 6-7 miles...), I'll do two as it's, of course, entirely reasonable to test at the turn!
