Finally, ADA gives some acknowledgement of LADA. It's not the best of articles, by any means, but at least they published it in Diabetes Forecast.
I actually thought the author did a quite reasonable job. But then again, I generally have a pretty low level of expectation for Diabetes Forecast. In particular, you have to commend her for citing the suggestion that the condition is best treated with early insulin use. She also had a shorter article on MODY a form of monogenic diabetes, less well done, but nonetheless, some progress.
