Have you called one of the CDE/nurses at Tandem? No offense to anyone here, but they’re in the best position to help you. Everyone here is at least one-step removed. If Tandem tells you ‘it can’t be done’ at least you have an answer from the horse’s mouth and can move on. In my experience they haven’t hesitated to tell me negative things about their product relative to my requirements.

No I haven’t. I see my diabetes educator on Thursday.
Might be a good idea to make sure he/she has talked to Tandem about it or maybe get them on a call during your appointment. She/he may not have as much knowledge about the pump vs. a CDE or nurse from Tandem. The more expertise the better! Good luck.
