****Update Tuesday the 25th****
Knocked off of my feet by a bad low (under 20) followed by another low before dinner (43). No more hockey or insulin until cleared by my doctor. Day one without insulin has not been what I expected. My fasting was surprisingly low (89), and has stayed under 110 all day.
This whole thing has gotten into my head, I really need to settle down and relax. I'm walking around on eggshells and any time I do the slightest thing my head goes nuts and tells me I'm going too low again. Its crazy.

Notes: December did the damage to my A1C and averages. If anyone doesn't believe that stress will change your readings more than what you eat, you might want to see my data. Anxiety and Panic attacks from PTSD coupled with flashbacks and nightmares drove my BG up over 30 points. I also had a hospital stay because of chest pain - it was thought I was having a heart attack.
