I need to update y’all on the taking of the metformin! I THINK that I am doing pretty well…I don’t snack all that much…and even if I don’t particularly love the way that metformin makes the tummy feel uhh, kind of ill at times…(not nauseous ) but, more like just the “Runs” ya know? I sometimes feel like I have a stomach achey feeling…but, mostly I just feel okay!
I tend to sleep a lot and more than usual…and then, I also eat soooo much less…in fact…I don’t always remember to eat! and I know that I should…but, I just kind of “forget” with these meds…I am not sure if it IS the meds or ME…or ya know…psychological or what?!!
I just do not snack or eat all of the time…what about you all?!?
