Hello Mohe0001,

DVS is neutral on H.F. 365/ S.F. 510- Driver License Requirements. The program can implement the bill as written. Under the remaining rules DVS will be able to treat diabetes liken any other condition and request a doctor statement under Minnesota Rule 7410.2800.

When this is reintroduced we will have a cost of approximately $24,000 due to programming.
