National Diabetes Statistics Report 2017

The report documents the “state of the disease” in our nation, providing the most recent scientific data on diabetes incidence and prevalence, risk factors for complications, prediabetes, and much more.

Data in the report show that while diabetes cases are still growing in the United States, the growth rate is slowing. However, the number remains incredibly large: more than 100 million people in the United States have diabetes or prediabetes.

At least they’re showing some separate statistics for Type 1. They still say “diabetes” a lot, which tells me nothing in many cases.
